Apprentice
Learn the trade properly. Hands-on residential and commercial work under Tim's direct supervision. TAFE support, mentoring, and real-world experience from day one.
Qualified Electrician
Fully licensed and running your own jobs. Specialise in solar, Level 2, EV charging, or automation. Lead small teams and build your reputation.
Senior / Supervisor
Lead teams, manage projects, and step into large-scale enterprise work. Commercial fit-outs, government projects, and infrastructure builds. The ceiling is as high as your ambition.
